Hey! It's Andrea, I grew up immersed in high-end construction, learning firsthand from my father, a general contractor, the value of craftsmanship, discipline, and building things that last. Early leadership roles shaped my passion for connection and community. As President of my local FFA chapter and the 16-year-old titleholder of Potter Valley Rodeo Queen, I developed a deep appreciation for networking, partnership, and service.

My professional experience spans B2B sales, the health, wellness, and beauty industries, executive leadership, entrepreneurship, coaching, consulting, and elected office. I have served as a COO, fractional SDR, roofing contractor, board member, and strategic advisor, bringing operational clarity and revenue-focused strategy to every organization I support.

At the core of my work is a belief that strong relationships create strong results. I am passionate about connecting people, cultivating meaningful partnerships, and helping businesses grow through aligned strategy and authentic leadership.
